Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

These additional appointments may be face to face or on the telephone. Please contact our receptionists for more details.
We also offer appointment on weekdays from 18:30 – 21:00 and at weekends from 09:00 – 21:00 at our GP+ service. This is run from various locations across Suffolk including Riverside Health Clinic in Ipswich. Please contact our receptionists to book an appointment.
In order to maintain high standards of medical care, our doctors will be attending clinical training on the dates below. As a result there will be no afternoon clinics on these days:

However, if you need medical advice or treatment on these days RING 111, or 999 if this is urgent.
Calls will be free and will be transferred to the out of hours’ service providing cover.
