Dispensaries

Please note our dispensaries are closed between 1pm and 2pm Monday to Friday

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

GP Extended Hours

We offer extended hours as follows:

  • Monday 18:30 – 19:00 
  • Tuesday 18:30 – 19:00 
  • Wednesday 18:30 – 19:00 

These additional appointments are currently by telephone only. Please contact our receptionists for more details.

GP+ Service

We also offer appointment on weekdays from 18:30 – 21:00 and at weekends from 09:00 – 21:00 at our GP+ service. This is run from various locations across Suffolk including Riverside Health Clinic in Ipswich. Please contact our receptionists to book an appointment.
