If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

GP Extended Hours

Extended hours:

  • Monday 18:30 – 19:00 
  • Tuesday 18:30 – 19:00 
  • Wednesday 18:30 – 19:00 

Additional appointments may be booked by a GP and are currently by telephone only. 

GP+ Service

We also offer appointment on weekdays from 18:30 – 21:00 and at weekends from 09:00 – 21:00 at our GP+ service. This is run from various locations across Suffolk including Riverside Health Clinic in Ipswich. Please contact our receptionists to book an appointment.
