If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Your results are visible online before they have been reviewed by a Clinician, please note, the system will record 'patient informed' once you have accessed them through the app.
Other ways to view your results:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- phone us after 2pm (if possible)
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, please telephone the Practice and speak with a receptionist, or book an appointment online.
Please note; we cannot give results to anyone but the patient themselves unless you are the parent or guardian of the patient who is under sixteen, or if the Patient has given consent in writing to the Practice to release information about themselves to a third party or Next of Kin.
